Located in the vibrant Pietermaai District, The Lemon Tree is part of the newly opened Art Hotel Curaçao, designed by renowned architect Piet Boon. The restaurant's design reflects the island's rich heritage and modern elegance, providing a chic and intimate dining setting. 

Guests are invited to embark on a culinary journey with two main dining options:

  • 5-Course Chef’s Menu: A thoughtfully curated journey featuring local ingredients, amuses, and bold Caribbean cuisine. Priced at $149 per person, with an optional wine pairing.

  • Chef’s Table Experience: A 7-course tasting menu, including amuses, priced at $179 per person, offering an intimate behind-the-scenes look into the kitchen.

Each dish is accompanied by a page from a storybook, detailing the inspiration and ingredients behind the creation, allowing guests to connect with the culinary narrative.

The Lemon Tree emphasizes sustainability and authenticity by sourcing fresh, locally grown ingredients from Curaçao's farmers and gardens. This commitment ensures that each dish reflects the island's true flavors and culinary heritage.
